B&B Episode 63 Paper Plane

This elevated whiskey sour will have your guests flying high.

Ingredients

1 oz Jim Beam Bourbon

1 oz Amaro

1 oz Aperol

1 oz lemon juice

lemon peel garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel

This Manhattan substitutes vermouth with Amaro.

2 oz. Jim Beam Rye

1 oz Amaro

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Woodford Reserve Cherries

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir util well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry
