In this video, we tackle the Banana Meatloaf No. 1!

I’m not entirely certain if this was ever considered a good idea, but here we are.

Though this was certainly not my favorite Retro Recipe that I’ve made, it was fun to make and it absolutely had the ability to be fixed.

In my opinion, it lacked that classic ketchup glaze that we associate with Meatloaf, so I would’ve made a tropical fruit glaze to coat the top from a thick reduction and added some fresh, hot peppers and additional spices to the loaf to give it a little heat, sweet and sour to go with the beefy taste.
