Welcome to the debut of my new Kittch series, “R&D with Billy Z” where I bring all of the crazy food ideas in my head to life and test out what works and what doesn’t. Eventually some of these creations will turn into collaborations I will do with Chicagoland restaruants to raise additional awareness and funds for my fundraiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
This episode will feature my Calabrian Hot Chicken Sandwich. It’s a play on a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with some spicy italian influences.
