Best Ever: Kalbi Marinade

Get ready for a weekend of grilling with our family’s delicious kalbi (galbi) marinade. Straight from my husband’s Hawaiian Korean family archives with a few modern tweaks, this marinade has been described by readers of my blog as “amazing” and good enough to put on a restaurant menu. Great on traditional flanken-style Korean cut ribs but also great for chicken, pork and tofu!
