ArktiskMat Roadshow Hurtigruten Norwegian Coastal Express

An ArktiskMat "Roadshow" is about finding potential in different places. Through people, community, nature and food we look at a place through the lenses of the people who live and work there, as well as through the people we bring there.For our second "Roadshow" we spent 24 hours on the Hurtigruten Norwegian Coastal Express MS Trollfjord sailing through the North - enjoying delicious (sea)food, inspiring talks, coastal views and a lovely Arctic breeze.We learned about Sami food culture, the universe under water, 'reworked seasonings' & sustainable approaches to cooking, the magic of koji, and why we should look at the ocean as 'a bucket of opportunity'.
