-using this menu for other/prep for other things:

-mix cucumbers and yogurt together and get tzatziki

-add tomatoes and its pico de gallo

-flat bread can get topped with sauce and cheese and made into a pizza

-flat bread topped with extra yogurt and soft boiled eggs and smoked salmon 

-garlicky yogurt plus hot sauce = taco sauce

-feta into whipped feta

-herbs into salsa verde

-salsa verde + yogurt = beautiful spread for fish or lamb
