Broccoli-Cheddar Chicken Bake

Ingredients

1 small Cooking spray

4 large Chicken breast, cut in half

1/2 tsps Salt

1/2 tsps Pepper

2 cans Cheddar cheese soup , 10 3/4 ounce

1 cups Sour cream

1 cups Fresh or frozen and thawed broccoli florets

1/2 cups Water

1/2 tsps Onion powder

1/2 tsps Garlic powder

1 cups Grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish so they’re slightly overlapping, then season with the salt and pepper.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the soup, sour cream, broccoli florets, water, onion powder, and garlic powder to thoroughly combine. Evenly spoon the mixture over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle over the cheese.

4. Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned, 20-30 minutes. Enjoy with freshly cooked rice, pasta, or roasted potatoes!
